1. Free Trial Period
All new subscriptions to Coach Leo include a 7-day free trial. During this period, you have full access to all features at no cost.
If you cancel within the 7-day trial period, you will not be charged. No refund is necessary as no payment was collected.
2. After the Trial Period
After the 7-day trial, your subscription renews automatically each month. Once a payment has been charged:
- No pro-rata refunds are provided for partial billing periods
- When you cancel, you retain full access to the Service until the end of the current billing period
- Your subscription will not renew after the current period ends
3. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- From your billing dashboard
- Via the Stripe customer portal (accessible from your billing page)

4. Exceptional Circumstances
If you believe you have been charged in error or have experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the Service, please contact us at [email protected]. We review each case individually.
5. Processing Time
If a refund is granted, it will be processed through Stripe and typically appears on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
